Crisis at Christmas centres in London

Wednesday 24 December – Sunday 28 December 2025

At our day centres you’ll find hot meals, companionship and support. The centres are safe, warm and lively places run by caring and friendly volunteers. We stand with people facing homelessness at Christmas and throughout the year.

Our day centres are in:

  • West London (Paddington)
  • East London (Stratford)
  • Central London (Pimlico)

You will need to make your own way to the day centres. See below for addresses and maps.

Our day centres are open from Wednesday 24 December – Sunday 28 December 2025.

  • Hot meals and snacks 
  • Toiletries  
  • Information and signposting 
  • Healthcare, podiatry and physiotherapy
  • Haircuts, beard trims and manicures  
  • Internet access and support to get online  
  • Live sports, films and TV 
  • Creative sessions 
  • Live entertainment, games, quizzes, bingo and karaoke 
  • Wellbeing and sports sessions

 

To keep Crisis at Christmas safe and enjoyable for everyone, we don’t allow the following in our centres:

  • Under 18s   
  • Pets   
  • Smoking   
  • Drugs   
  • Alcohol   
  • Weapons   
  • Violence   

Thank you for respecting this and helping to keep our centres safe.

Most of our guests do not stay overnight. We have some residential centres for people in the most urgent need. If you do not have anywhere to sleep, please speak to your Outreach worker or contact StreetLink on 0300 500 0914 for help.
