This September, Crisis CEO, Matt Downie will be taking on a 400 - mile cycle ride from London to Edinburgh to raise money to help end homelessness. Why not support Matt on his mission and take part in your very own cycling challenge, there are lots of way you can get involved.
Could you cycle 400 miles in September?
Mix it up, make it fun, go solo or get mates involved. You can rack up those miles in any way you choose.

- Swap public transport/car trips and get peddling instead
- Join a regular spin class or get your miles in at the gym
- Host a Spinathon class!
- Hire a couple of exercise bikes for your office! Hold competitions and challenges with colleagues
- Go for a long cycle in the countryside, there are some incredible place to explore by bike
- Join one of these awesome cycle rides happening across the UK in September
Not up for the full 400 miles, you can choose to do any of the above and cover any distance!
