Dip a Day challenge at Sea Lanes, Brighton

We've partnered with Sea Lanes in Brighton with a Dip a Day challenge throughout February. 

Sea Lanes members and guests are encouraged to get their lengths in and fundraise for Crisis either in the pool or sea.

Will you accept the challenge to dip every day for 28 days?

The challenge is open to Sea Lanes members and non-members. Minimum sponsorships for Crisis for everyone is £10 and you will receive a t-shirt at the end of the event. The challenge begins on 1 February 2025, with a chance to meet the Crisis team on Friday 31 January and get to know your fellow daily-dippers.

If you aren’t a member of Sea Lanes you can take part in the Dip a day for Crisis by signing up to a discounted month membership (which will last the whole of February 2025 only) for £45 plus the £10 minimum sponsorship for Crisis.
